Future actions on the project and deadlines for their implementation were identified.
Boyan Mladenov from the BFPA team talked about the pilot training carried out in Sofia for a motivated group of PLHIV a few days before the meeting, conducted by the trained in Timisoara in August 2021specialists. He also shared a concept on how to present and disseminate project concept and final results in public space for partners, target groups and experts as well as how to organize and conduct the final meetings at national level – the expertise of BFPA attributed to us the leading role in this work package. The project finale is in Sofia in the beginning of November when altogether we will summarize results of our joint efforts. ARIE ends in December 2022. At the national meetings in project partners’ states as well as in Sofia we hope not only results will be presented, but also the areastarget groups where these activities and also their methodology will be useful even after the end of the project.
The ARIE project aims to promote physical activity in the form of personalized guidelines for system of exercises, nutrition and active lifestyle among people between the ages of 18 and 50 who are living with HIV and are on therapy, offering an innovative fitness protocol and aiming to engage them in moderate physical activity.
